The client was seeking a simple and personable web site design that primarily appealed to a female audience. Several of her clients for whom she had placed children were approached regarding the use of their children's pictures on the site. Once model releases were signed, the pictures were incorporated to balance the already text-heavy site. The design is remarkably different from its original design, but demonstrates the ability to create a product custom-tailored to the client's needs. The result is a clean, functional marketing tool reaching a nation-wide audience via the web. The project also consisted of registering a domain, setting up hosting services, search engine optimization, and search engine submission. The web site features information about birthparent preparation and a Louisiana adoption home study, a contracted program services outline, answers to frequently asked questions, helpful links, and contact information.
